Most people sit down, order a drink, and share plates as they arrive, staying as long (or as little) as they want. There’s no structure you have to follow.
If you’re in the mood to be taken care of, you can choose our optional chef’s choice tasting menu, but the night is built around hanging out, good food, and not overthinking dinner.
No Manners works best when you come without a plan.

PHILOSOPHY
No Manners is a traveling, Levantine, chef-driven pop-up created by Miami-based chef Jimmy Chill, built around a simple idea:
restaurants don’t have to feel formal.
The project blends Levantine home cooking with contemporary technique in a social, shareable format. Guests can drop in for a drink and a few plates or choose a full tasting experience — the structure adapts to the space and the energy of the night.
Rooted in Galilean Arab flavors and memory-driven cooking, the menu balances comfort with curiosity, using familiar ingredients in unexpected ways. Each residency and collaboration takes on its own identity while keeping a consistent voice.
At its core, No Manners is about gathering. Service is personal, the table is informal, and the experience aims to feel like being hosted rather than being served. Because of its flexible format, the project can live inside restaurants, bars, hotels, galleries, and private venues.
