The final and relevant terms will be included in the proposal contract specific to the services provided to you.
CONFIRMING YOUR EVENT:
- Final guest count must be confirmed up to 7 days prior to the event date.
- Menu & package selection must be finalized and cleared up to 14 days prior to the event date. Same goes for dietary restrictions & allergies.
- Specific items / services might shift or change at any time depending on availability and seasonality.
- Your event/service will only be confirmed upon receiving a signed contract and 50% deposit + Added credit card for security in case of damages.
BILLING & PRICES:
- Prices mentioned anywhere do not include taxes (8%), Admin fee (5%), Gratuity (20%), and/or any additional staffing, delivery, rental fees etc…
- Additional venue rental fees may apply depending on the time and location of the requested event.
- 50% deposit is due at the time of signing the proposal contract.
- Rest of the balance based on the final count / minimum guarantee is due 10 days prior to the event date.
CANCELLATION:
- Client may cancel the event up to 14 days prior to the agreed event date at no extra charge (eligible for deposit refund)
- Cancellations or modification (outside of the agreed terms and packages) made less than14 days before the event does not grant a deposit refund, and Chill’s Table reserves the right to keep the deposit.
- Cancellation or modification made less than 7 days prior to the event does not grant a refund of any kind, and might result in extra charges.

- Payments are due as specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to charge late fees for any overdue payments.
- Prices are subject to change, but once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain fixed unless changes are made to the services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made within 14 days before the event will be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the cancellation date. Cancellations made after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Any changes to the date or scope of services must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional fees.
5. Liability
- Chill's Table will not be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss that occurs during an event, unless due to our negligence.
- We strive to meet all dietary preferences and restrictions but cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in any meal. Clients are responsible for informing us of any specific allergies or dietary needs in advance.
6. Use of Website
- You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.
- Unauthorized use of the website, including hacking or fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited.
- Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
