TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Chill's Table. By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.
These Terms cover all Chill's Table offerings, including private dining, catering, events, consulting, and our Fueled meal prep program. For private events and bookings, the specific terms in your signed proposal or service agreement control where they differ from these Terms.
1. Services We Provide
Chill's Table (operated by Jimmy Chill LLC, a Florida limited liability company) provides culinary and hospitality services including, but not limited to: private dining experiences, catering, private and corporate events, cooking workshops, household catering, culinary and business consulting, staff training, and the “Fueled by Chill” chef-driven meal prep program.
Specific items, menus, and services may vary based on availability and seasonality.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed in writing, either by email or through our website inquiry form. A booking is not secured until the required deposit and any signed agreement are received.
Prices quoted are valid for a limited time and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the agreed price is fixed unless the scope of services changes.
3. Private Services & Events
These terms apply to private events, catering, and bespoke services. Where you sign a separate proposal or service agreement, that document governs.
Confirmation requirements: Your event is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement, a 50% deposit, and a credit card on file for security.
Final guest count: Must be confirmed 7 days before the event.
Menu and dietary preferences: Selections must be finalized and all dietary restrictions and allergies cleared 14 days before the event.
Service adjustments: Items or services may shift based on availability and seasonality.
Billing and pricing: Listed prices exclude applicable sales tax (currently 6%), an online service fee (3.5%), gratuity (20%), and any staffing, delivery, rental, or additional costs, where applicable. If you are tax exempt, you must provide the proper documentation in advance. Additional venue fees may apply depending on the time and location of the event.
Payment schedule:
- 50% deposit due at the time the agreement is signed.
- Remaining balance, based on the final guest count, due 3 days before the event, including reimbursement for groceries or additional costs where applicable.
Cancellations and modifications: Cancellations at any point do not grant a refund of any kind. Deposits are non-refundable. Modifications requested less than 7 days before the event may incur additional fees. Any signature or payment executed at any time, on any version of an agreement or related communication, remains valid and carries over to the final version.
Liability: The client assumes responsibility for any damage to venues, homes, or property caused by guests or by factors outside our team's control. Our staff operates with care and professionalism throughout every event.
4. Fueled by Chill - Meal Prep Program
These terms apply to orders placed through the Fueled meal prep program.
Ordering and cutoffs: Orders are placed for set delivery or pickup windows. Orders must be submitted by the posted weekly cutoff. Orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for the following cycle.
Subscriptions, skips, and pauses: If you are enrolled in a recurring plan, your order renews automatically each cycle until you pause or cancel. To skip a week, pause, or cancel a recurring plan, you must notify us before the weekly order cutoff. Changes requested after the cutoff take effect the following cycle, as ingredients for the current cycle have already been sourced and prepared.
Pickup and delivery: For deliveries we request access to your kitchen and fridges during the delivery day to be able to store your food properly for you, otherwise you are responsible for collecting your order, or being available to receive it, during the scheduled window. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of food left unattended or not promptly refrigerated after delivery or pickup.
Food safety and storage: All meals are prepared fresh and must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt and consumed by the date indicated. Follow all included storage and reheating instructions. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially with certain medical conditions.
Allergens: Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, and shellfish. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee any meal is free of allergens or cross-contact. You are responsible for informing us of allergies and dietary restrictions before ordering.
Refunds and quality issues: Because meals are perishable and prepared to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If there is a quality issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will work with you to make it right.
Pricing: Menu pricing and plan rates are subject to change. Any change will apply to future cycles, not orders already confirmed and paid.
5. Liability & Indemnification
Chill's Table will not be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss arising from our services, except to the extent directly caused by our negligence. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jimmy Chill LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims arising out of your or your guests' use of our services, including any allergic reaction where dietary information was not disclosed to us in advance.
We strive to meet all dietary preferences and restrictions but cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in any meal.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, branding, recipes, and culinary creations on this website and associated with Chill's Table are the intellectual property of Jimmy Chill LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.
7. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. Unauthorized use, including hacking, fraudulent activity, or any attempt to disrupt the website, is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Information collected through this website is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, set out at the bottom of this page.
9. Changes of these Terms
Chill's Table reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. (Last Updated June 1st 2026)
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
