Chill's Table was founded by Chef Jimmy Chill, an internationally acclaimed chef whose roots run deep in the mountains of Galilee. His story begins in his mother Layla's kitchen, where a love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and authentic Arab-Mediterranean flavors was born. That foundation has since traveled across Israel, Morocco, and the United States, shaped by the spice markets of Marrakech, the coastal kitchens of Tel Aviv, and the vibrant culinary scene of South Florida. Every stop along the way left its mark, and that global fingerprint lives in everything Chill's Table creates.
Our mission has always been simple : connect people through extraordinary food. Every event, every meal, every concept we bring to life is a reflection of that belief.
