His career spans Israel, Morocco, and the United States, where he has crafted unique dining experiences that combine tradition and innovation, drawing from his deep roots in Galilean flavors and authentic Arab-inspired cuisine.
Jimmy's culinary journey began in Galilee, in Layla's kitchen -his mother- where he developed a passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating dishes that tell a story.
His cuisine is a celebration of authentic flavors and modern techniques, blending his heritage with contemporary culinary trends.
In addition to his expertise in the kitchen, Jimmy has gained recognition through his participation in reality cooking competitions, TV shows, and various culinary productions, showcasing his talent on both local and international stages.
